I booked online antigen tests in Lloyds in Nigel rise Livingston
I received a confirmation e mail 1 day before and turned up on time to be told they did’nt do them, absolutely shocking as needed next day for travel. Had to arrange others and travel some distance to get them. Attitude in shop was disgraceful saying not their fault.
Why allow to book and confirm when not awailable.
Want reimbursed for fuel costs .
Never ever will set foot in a Lloyds pharmacy.
