Clearly their processes are very disjointed and no one seems to know what's going on. Ordered a fragrance for a friend's birthday was given delivery date of 18/20 July. As it got to 18/7 and I hadn't had any communication whatsoever I e mailed just to check it was on track as the birthday was 21/7,the email automated response says they will endeavour to answer within 10 days! (Still no response) I eventually rang ( on a number that said you may be charged) and spoke to a customer service person who told me there was a delay in the warehouse,she thought, she would chase it up and get back to me, she didn't. I rang again 20/7 to be told they didn't know where it was up to, I asked why they give projected delivery dates if they have no way of ensuring they are accurate, he said he agreed it was bad. It's now 21/7, no sign of my friends present and just received an e mail from courier saying they have received it,looks like another day or two before I will receive it. I really do see why Amazon does so well especially if you have prime, I won't be buying from Lloyds again that's for sure and wouldn't recommend
