Chasing up an order that was placed on 27th July. As it was a large order it qualified first free next day delivery corded delivery This was to be delivered on 28th July. Not delivered.
Not replying to my emails requesting an update & status on when it will be delivered,
Have called in twice and you are not answering calls. Both times was placed in a queue and I abandoned calls after 45 mins of waiting.
You have taken the payment but not delivered a product.
