I was struggling with conjunctivitis in one eye, I have had this before knew what treatment to acquire. My eye was very uncomfortable and I only had decent vision in the other eye, so I placed an online order for Golden Eye Ointment and described my symptoms.
I received no response from Lloydspharmacy for over 24 hours. Being unable to wait any longer, I drove to visit a Tesco pharmacist despite my poor vision in one eye. The Tesco pharmacist who looked at my eye, diagnosed conjunctivitis and recommended Golden Eye Ointment.
Lloydspharmacy eventually responded via email but stating: "Our pharmacist has reviewed your order. Unfortunately your intended use for the product you have ordered does not match up with the manufacturers/product usage guidelines. We cannot send this product out to you for the reason you have specified."
What a total waste of time using their website and services, and it's a good job I didn't rely upon them. I shall not be using Lloydspharmacy again and I cannot recommend them at all.
