Loft Conversion Broomfield Road, Beckenham Contacted LMB Group to undertake a loft conversion on Broomfield Road, Beckenham. The overall price was very competitive and even better still the service was excellent. The entire project only took just over six weeks which is two weeks quicker than quoted. We only required the work to be completed to (internally) a ‘shell’ as we were going to have the rest of the work undertaken at a later date once we had decided on what fittings we required as the second floor and first floor required new bathroom suites and skirting and doors. As you can see from the photos, the work was undertaken to a very high standard and we were particularly pleased that the roofer managed to source tiles in keeping with the existing house. A special shout out has to go to Joanna in the office - as her communications were excellent and to Brandon who was on-site for the vast majority of the build. All contractors turned up on time and were polite and thoughtful in their works, sheeting up all areas to minimise dust and mess. At the end of the build LMB did a complete clear up of the site leaving it as they found it. Highly recommended.
