We were dreading going through our loft conversion - images of endless mess and disruption lay before us but Lee and his lovely team made the whole thing as pain free as I think it could have been! All members of the team at all stages were polite, very respectful of us and cleaned up constantly - the day the ceiling was knocked through I didn't lift a finger to clean up inside the rest of the house so zealous was Jamie with the Hoover!
