I've just buy a loadbalancer and before using it I asked the support to review the config and in the same time, I wanted to test the support of LoadBalancer.org.
Just 1 word : very good 1rst contact: responsive, efficient, pleasant.
Just to be perfect, it would be a good idea to have french speaking people.
