“While the load balancer itself is highly reliable, the real standout feature is their customer support. We recently renew the support licence, we facing some issues with Key and hit a roadblock.The support team responded within minutes. They just asked all error snapshot with mins they send few questions about infra and helped us fix issue. Having access to such knowledgeable technical staff gives our team complete peace of mind. Exceptional service!"”

“Thanks to the clear and comprehensive Loadbalancer.org product documentation for the PaperCut MF print management system and its additional components, such as Mobility Print Server, Print Deploy Server, and Web Upload, I was able to implement printing from a workstation to the print server and from the print server to the MFP using both the LPR and IPPS protocols. I am very satisfied with the recommendations and the quality of the technical instructions. The Loadbalancer.org technical team responds quickly and professionally, even during trial and beta testing.”
