“Had cause to open a support request with an issue hitting a time-sensitive piece of strategic work. The call was triaged, and fixed successfully, with a very simple explanation of the changes needed, and their potential effects. This has allowed us to continue on our commissioning journey so thanks very much.”

“The team at LoadBalancer.org was collaborative and responsive, and helped us to address a unique performance issue. In the real world, sometimes challenges come up that result in things not working as intended, regardless of the manufacturer or product. This is where support can either shine or let you down, and this team shines! They conferred as a team on their end, with multiple people responding to us at different hours, and came up with an alternative solution for us that dramatically improved our situation. “I've worked with Thorsten a number of times on a varitey of different support cases and he always goes above and beyond to provide excellent support. This has included providing detailed explanations of system operations / components that aren't clearly documented, as well as writing scripts to support bulk change operations that don't natively exist in the platform's web UI. Thorsten is a critical part of the support team.”
