“Unlike its competitors, Loadbalancer.org is still small enough to avoid the nonsense that plagues larger IT vendors. Namely licensing hell, poor support with engineers who won't lab stuff or escalate to devs quickly enough and developers who won't fix bugs - LB has none of that and some genuinely helpful people. The documentation is excellent, and a bonus is root access to the appliances to really troubleshoot stuff for ourselves or implement advanced configurations, which they still support! There's still a little room for polishing on the software itself but it is generally feature-rich and stable.”

“Hello, Loadbalancer support. I suggest you create specific documents and videos for the most used features. For example, SSL offloading configuration. L7 so that customers can look at specific documents rather than the entire admin documents. This is the documentation standard of all the major vendors like F5, Cisco Tec, and others. This will reduce your incoming support call count.”

“In the end the customer opened the appliances and found the password on a label inside the box. This password worked well. That was the solution as you wrote in one of your support emails”
