“We've been using Loadbalancer.org virtual appliences for several years now and they are great pieces of kit. But to be honest, I'm most impressed with the tech support. Very knowledgable, very keen to help and very quick to respond to technical questions. They are also happy for you to rake around under the hood if that's your preference and they are happy to help you do what you need to do. Top drawer!”

“My initial email for support, in advance and to prepare for a load balance upgrade, was sent toward the end of my business day (4 PM EST). Response to that initial email (support) request was returned very promptly by a human within 45 minutes. Subsequent follow up responses to my original request were also responded to promptly with actual, useful, responses to the questions asked.”
