“We had a serious problem with the configuration of the load balancer. The help was quick and very professional, really outstanding. The team was friendly and very competent. The problem was not only solved, but the how and why was explained very well. Once again, I am very impressed with the product and the people behind it. Thank you !”

“The Loadbalancer appliance does an excellent job for our needs. Once setup and configured, the appliance sits and does its job without any issues. On the odd time that we have had to contact support this has always had a quick response, knowledgeable staff and great service.”

“Maxi Tomazin handled my issue quickly. Although a root cause could not be determined he jumped right in to help via chat then zoom and communicated throughout the process. He was able to reestablish heartbeat for my cluster and helped create a test VS.”
