The support we get from Loadbalancer is some of the best I've experienced. In a day and age where automated responses have become the norm it is very refreshing and reassuring that I get to speak to a live person. I don't beleive I have ever waited more than 5 mins for a response to a support request. I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with the Loadbalancer organization.
