We've been using their product's as part of customer solutions for Exchange HA and VMware View/Horizon. Besides the products being rock solid (customers forget about them since they just run) I love their support. None of my cases have ever been a SEV1 type case where systems were down, so I didn't expect fast responses - but sure enough, the response times were lightning fast and the tech I worked with handled the case all the way through.
Can't recommend these guys enough!
