I worked directly with Thorsten and Nicholas for my ticket issue and like always; the gents are amazing to work with. They are prompt, courteous, patient, knowledgeable and just downright AWESOME to work with. I have worked with both gentlemen many times and they never cease to amaze me with their work ethic, knowledge and willingness to be upfront about various aspects. I can't recommend them enough...amazing!
