I worked with Damian Pacuszka. He was very patient and professional with me via email and when we were on a Zoom call to fix my issue. He was very knowledgeable and was able to get straight to fixing it. He was also very informative in discussing with me options and features that would help me with how the error occurred and how to prevent it in the future. We discussed new specs in new versions of LB and he sent me documentation so I can work with my team to make changes to our instances.
