My experience with the support staff has always been nothing short of amazing. They go above and beyond catering to the needs of my IT issues. I wish more companies would model their support structure after Loadbalancer.org. They really have taken a lot of pressure off of my shoulders and I am extremely glad we chose to go with them for all of loadbalancing needs.
