Thorsten did an amazing job helping us analyze the issue we were seeing and did a quick health check on our Loadbalancer.org WAF devices. He helped me quickly identify that the issue was external to the devices and we were able to resolve our outage quickly by addressing the issue there. A BIG thanks!
