I have had a few instances where it was necessary to engage the techical support for our Load Balancers. The product is very solid and typically free of issues once configured. However, in the events where our organization has had "one off" issues, the technical support team for Load Balancer has been extremely helpful in resolving these issues.
The technical teams are extremely responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable. It has been a pleasure working with this team.
