I've never had better support experiences than I have with loadbalancer.org. Just finished up a situation where they not only helped me with the understanding I needed for what should be done. But they walked me through every step of the way. They have the tools built into their product to easily provide them visiblity into logs and stuff so they can see and understand my implementation quickly. But when done they also walked me through cleaning up some old logs just so things are tidy going forware.
