We are currently doing a trial of Loadbalancer.org and I ran up against an issue. I submitted a ticket and was surprised to get a response back within a few minutes.
It is unusual in today's world to find support that is that responsive and that on-point when it comes to getting us what we need.
Very impressive and that is all just icing on the cake as far as the entire experience to be honest.
