We're in the beginning stages of a trial for the Azure deployment from LoadBalancer and had the privilege of working with Thorsten today. Thorsten contacted me directly and we worked through all my questions thoroughly. The support provided was way above what I expected and we had our trial up and running within minutes. So far, this product and the support have been top notch.
