Several support staff helped on my ticket to migrate from an old version and I always got quick response and everyone was very helpful. While the migration wasn't without problems (and maybe because I had such an old version), Johan was able to help with the issues on the migration day and get everything working. If I had to do it again, I think it may have been better to re-create the configurations manually instead of restoring an xml. Thanks to all at loadbalancer.org, the tech support is top notch.
