I've worked with Thorsten a number of times on a varitey of different support cases and he always goes above and beyond to provide excellent support. This has included providing detailed explanations of system operations / components that aren't clearly documented, as well as writing scripts to support bulk change operations that don't natively exist in the platform's web UI. Thorsten is a critical part of the support team.
