I spoke with Victor this time around when reaching out to support and as per usual from the team, the service was second to none. I received a response within a minute and had my case resolved within 15 minutes (most of which was caused by me gathering info). Victor was friendly and remembered me from the last time I spoke with them (over 3 months ago) where I had lots of questions regarding processes and rollbacks which he answered amazingly and gave me all the info and more than I needed. It's very refreshing dealing with such a pro-active company. Stellar work chaps, don't change :)
