I was having trouble upgrading firmware on our R16. I created a service ticket via service web portal and within 15 minutes, I was contacted by Thorsten Wetzig from Loadbalancer Service Support Desk and he worked with me remotely till successful firmware updates were all applied and we fully tested the original functionality/setup. I am very pleased with such high level of support provided. I work for Carestream Health HCIS Divison -- Australia.
