As any loan process goes through, there are always few glitches. But what makes the process less overwhelming is the loan officer. In my situation, Scott Keller was the loan officer. He was forthcoming and candid. At the same time he was aggressive enough for my loan case.
One big item for me was that loan term never changed. For those who have gone through the mortgage loans experience higher rate than the rate was promised at the inception loan process. My special kudos to Scott. Thanks.
