“Kristi Mattauch went above and beyond in taking care of my loan financing needs. She is highly professional, patient, caring, knowledgeable and she takes the time to answer any question that I had and most of the time during her personal time. I wish I could give her 1000 🌟. “I had the pleasure of working with Rick Rawlins, he was fantastic! He kept my husband and I informed on the best choices for us and got us an amazing rate. He always answered my questions right away literally day or night and made the process seamless and fast. He was also able to help us figure out a way to consolidate our vehicle loan which saved us a lot of money. The process was quick, I would and have recommended him. He also made an effort to get everything done within a timeframe that allowed us to skip two months of mortgage.”

“I was very hesitant in making a decision to refinance my mortgage loan, but John quickly put my mind at such ease by promising to cut my mortgage down to more than $800. As a veteran and on a fixed income, I needed some relief to make my mortgage more affordable, and every promise he made, he delivered. He was very informative and kept me updated every step of the way. He made a stressful process smoothe and easy. I knew from the start that I had a trusted loan officer. I love the way he responded to all of my fiancée and I texts, emails, and calls very quickly. He was exceptionally quick at his work and replying to all of our concerns. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking someone that's honest and reliable in refinancing their mortgage, John Maiello is the man indeed. I could not have done this without him. “Kristi was very helpful. Answered all my questions and when I called about something she always got back to me quickly. 90% of what she said was correct ( i was initially told i wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket). But she explained everything so I was able to understand the process. Would recommend if you're able to get a lower APR. For the most part everything was done for me and I just had to sign off on what was happening.”

“Rick and Janine were WONDERFUL to work with. They were very considerate by not "bullying" me through the process. Both were professional and patient with me. If one didn't know the answer to my question, they consulted each other or whoever to give me an honest answer and not just saying something untrue.
