Loandrone is past due on a VA loan appraisal fee from 04/30/2022. After repeated conservations with Sierra Garcia saying payment is on the way. There has not been a payment received. I do not recommend this company for VA loans.

Misleading, would not do any type of business with Loandrone again

Personnel was rude and was very pushy to get things moving even when I was either not ready , had questions or unable to provide whatever was needed at the time. Made the refinance of my home unpleasant and stressful.

I had a good experience with UHM itself. I had a double refinance with Loandrone simultaneously and after the close of escrow on the first mortgage, my then mortgage broker, Pai Jai totally cut me off and would not return multiple phone calls. He ended up canceling an already approved loan and also canceled the appraisal that I had already paid for. The appraisal company ended up refunding me my money back. All this occurred and was done by Jai Pai without consulting me or without my approval. In the 40 years of buying, selling and refinancing properties, this has never happened to me. I was simply thrown in the toilet and flushed. In fact, since the 2nd of July, I have still not received a phone call or any other form of communication explaining what happened and why my entire refinance process on the second loan was abandoned. This was extremely unprofessional and down right rude. We never exchanged any harsh words or had any type of argument. I did make certain corrections and had a few good ideas that Jai Pai acknowledged and was in agreement with. I am now working with a different Mortgage broker with a different Mortgage company. I do not want to work with Jai Pai ever again or with Loandrone because of what one of their employees did to me and got away with it. Due to the fact that I do not like controversy or drama, is the only reason I did not contact the licensing board. George M, Sterling Jr.

I was hesitant to try to refinance but Frank Bennett assured my that my six figure annual earnings and 800+ credit score would result in savings and even told me my loan was approved. After which I spent $700 on an appraisal which came back more than high enough, Frank Bennett told me my loan was not approved & has now ghosted me. I’m out $700, no refinance loan and no customer service.

I started the loan app with Kristopher Van Wiicklen on 11/19/2020 and eventually signed the loan docs on 2/11/2021 but my original loan was not funded until 2/25/2021. I won't get into all the gyrations of excuses I went through with him. But it would suffice to say that I've been a real estate investor for over thirty years, have financed and refinanced multiple properties over the years. But I've never worked with a loan officer who is this deceptive and unresponsive. In the end, my loan cost on a 25LTV property ballooned to $ 6,967.70 as opposed to around $2000 that he had mentioned at the start. And secondly, on the signed and notarized CD, the principal reduction was supposed to be $2303.50 but instead $2,082.76 was applied.. I've sent him emails, left voice mails, and sent a number of TXT message but so far no response. He has been told that if I don't have a response by the end of this week, I'm prepared to take legal action.

Poor communication throughout the entire process. I had to reach out a number of times to clarify what should have been communicated. Indirect responses also contributed to a frustrating experience. I would not recommend to anyone.

Our title was erroneously put in my name only, rather than as tenants by the entireties, as It was before and should have been. After I complained, this appears to have been corrected. The broker with whom I dealt, although he was sick, has been helpful and good to deal with.
