All transactions pertaining to the origination of my mortgage with Loandrone Inc. were either by internet technology or telephone. Mr. Rick Rawlins acted as my broker in this matter whom I never met in person. It was the first time that I ever originated a mortgage without any one on one contact. Mr. Rawlins is
has proven to be very competent, helpful, and persistent.
At times, the process over the phone seemed interminable and disrupting. I never knew when he was going to call. When he did, I dropped everything except once.
This is also the first time that I had to reproduce my personal data which included tax returns, insurance papers and bank statements. In other transactions, I would just drop them off to the broker.
Last week, I tried to make contact with Loandrone. Apparently, I got an answering service but never got a call back. I was trying to inform them that I would be sending their first payment to them immediately. No return call.It's a good thing that I didn't get it because the loan was passed on to another company.
The auditor was also competent but rushed. She apparently had another appointment after mine. She was very courteous and the only one on one contact during this entire process.
Overall, I give you a 4 * rating.”
