Kristi was very helpful. Answered all my questions and when I called about something she always got back to me quickly. 90% of what she said was correct ( i was initially told i wouldn't have to pay anything out of pocket). But she explained everything so I was able to understand the process. Would recommend if you're able to get a lower APR. For the most part everything was done for me and I just had to sign off on what was happening.
