Jai Pai did a very good job under the circumstances. The transaction was completed while I was wintering in Florida without good computer connectivity.
I had originally intended to do the refi under my own name but the bank required my wife to join. This is strange since I transferred a mortgage in my name from quicken. The notary that was selected was marginal at best
Overall it was a good experience
