Carley was excellent. We were actually in process of refinancing with the holder of our exiting loan that we expected to facilitate a prompt refinance. Wrong! After several months of delay and having sunk cost into an appraisal, we took a leap of faith and put our trust in Carely and loandone. Our trust was rewarded. Our final closing cost offset our prior sunk cost in the appraisal and we dropped our rate by an additional quarter percent. We closed in a month of initial contact with loandrone. Kudos to Carley and loandrone!
