Jai was very helpful in closing our loan. Since we were not finding the appraisers in time due to this market, we were little worried about the closing timelines. He really worked hard and followed up with the appraisers and made it happen in time. He took this situation very seriously and followed up to rush the appraisal and got it on time, thats what we expect from any lender.
