Rick Rawlins and his team from loandrone were absolutely outstanding working through a complicated refinance that allowed us to keep our HELOC in place. I had attempted to refinance with another company and had a horrible experience including signing off on the loan and not being funded. I worked with Rick very shortly afterwards and got it done with no hassle. I cannot recommend him any higher! He is good at his job and cares about his clients.
