David and his team were great.
Where we ran into issue with closing with the people they outsourced the closing with. The notary came to our house and was wonderful. Then had to come back the next day to sign an additional piece of paper and we had to find a witness.
A few days later, the the title company needed me to print and sign paper because someone scanned a document and the signatures were too faded to read. Then the next day or 2 later, some more documents to scan because they found more that were too faded.
