Please note that I was a banker, for 30 years and all on the lending side. When I ended my career I was "highly compensated" and had a single signing authority of 3 million dollars for any conforming loan. When I applied to Loan United I was handled like they knew what they were doing. I wanted a VA IRRL refinance to get my loan rate as close to 2% as possible. I did it for my three daughters so that when they have to sell the house with the assumable loan it will be easy.
