I’ve purchased several properties and this one was by far the most unorganized by far. It was a constant barrage of emails from paperwork they lost or misplaced followed by delay after delay due to unprofessionalism. We get all the way to the end for them to lose the power of attorney while I’m over 700 miles away then sold the loan before the first payment.
