Really helpful company when booking and very good at communicating once you are using the storage unit. I had failed to lock the unit and they called to advise and offered to relock the storage unit ( with a spare padlock) for me if I could not get back to secure the storage unit. It was good to see that they are on site and ensuring every thing is safe. two days after I stopped using the storage unit I had a refund on the days I did not use in the month. Highly Recommend Them
