“Very quick and easy to use with emails telling you the box you have been assigned and the key safe with access code to get in. Staff answer queries quickly and are polite. Also if doing the pay as you store option the refund for days not used at the end is very quick and efficient. Would highly recommend to anyone and will more than likely use this service again.”

“Very friendly and informative staff and nice flexible storage arrangements at competitive prices. The storage was expansive and ideal for household items such as three piece suites, cupboards etc, and there was sufficient security for peace of mind. Would certainly use them again.”

“I am really impressed with this company. If you are looking for storage this is the place to go! I dealt with a lovely lady called Susannah whose customer service was the best. Everything was fault free and simple to do, but what impressed me the most was a few days after obtaining our container, Susannah telephoned me to make sure we were OK and that the everything had gone to plan! Great customer service! As for the container, it is very clean, watertight, has special vents to prevent condensation, fully lined and the perfect size to put all our furniture etc in before moving. The location is also spotlessly clean and very secure. We went with these guys for the 24 hour access as many other storage units don't offer that. Highly recommended, five stars from us! Especially to Susannah!!!”
