“Very easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Was a bargain as well. We needed to change to an easier to access by removal lorry box and this was swiftly resolved satisfactorily. We no longer needed the box and were refunded for the time we didn't use.”

“I CHOSE LOC-BOX ABOVE ALL THE OTHER STORAGE PROVIDERS BECAUSE THEY WERE THE BEST VALUE, EASY TO CONTACT AND REPLIED IMMEDIATELY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF WERE POLITE, VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING CLEARLY. THE CONTAINER WAS LARGE AND IMMACULATELY CLEAN AND DRY. KEY COLLECTION AND RETURN WAS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD AND THE PAYMENT/REFUND SYSTEM WAS VERY WELL ADMINISTERED. “Brilliant service. Box was spotless. Instructions were easy to follow. Had keys the day after booking the box. Had an issue with my box (my fault). Within 30 minutes there was someone there to help me. Could not have been more helpful. No quible refund for the days I didn't use. Would be my first choice in the future.”
