“It was easy and straightforward to set up. Key collection and use of the container were well explained. Really friendly team who called/emailed when I first got the container. I have since moved all of my belongs out and into my new home and everything was kept very dry after the awful weather we had recently. I was refunded for the days I didn’t use swiftly and I would highly recommend LocBox and would use them again without hesitation.”

“Loc-box are so easy to use, called and booked for the required start date, collected the key easily on site at Creaton. The Loc-box was clean on arrivial, we used it for a little longer than planned but that was OK emptied it this weekend and left the key in the return box, called to let the staff know. I then received a text message the next day to say refund on its way. Many thanks great service”

“Great service! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This company and the service provided should act as a model for all companies to follow: - Complete transparency on charges and no pressure sales. - Easy to get a hold of for any queries - and once again very clear explanations to your questions. - The storage itself was exceptionally clean (no dirt and no smells) with dehumidifying chemicals to keep everything inside free of condensation. - Access to the site was very easy (maybe a bit tight in places for a LWB van - but fine for my large car). - Key return and termination of contract was clear and easy! If I could nominate this company for an award I would. Quite exemplary; this is how a business should operate!”

“We were moving house and we needed a storage unit at short notice. We chose lock box as we have been with them before. They got back to us with a unit with in 15 mins. The unit is clean, dry and loads of space for all our stuff. Also a really reasonable price.”

“The storage facility was very good and easy to use. My only concern was a lack of a reply from them when I emailed asking them to consider reducing the rate as I would be using for a few months longer. In the end I moved to Storage Team in Corby for half the price.”

“We are a removals business and we often use loc box to temporarily store our customers excess furniture. They containers are always clean and free of damp. As we have large vans we need containers with easy access and the team at Loc Box always help us to find a containers to suit our needs. The staff are great, always friendly and listen to our requirements”
