“I am really impressed with this company. If you are looking for storage this is the place to go! I dealt with a lovely lady called Susannah whose customer service was the best. Everything was fault free and simple to do, but what impressed me the most was a few days after obtaining our container, Susannah telephoned me to make sure we were OK and that the everything had gone to plan! Great customer service! As for the container, it is very clean, watertight, has special vents to prevent condensation, fully lined and the perfect size to put all our furniture etc in before moving. The location is also spotlessly clean and very secure. We went with these guys for the 24 hour access as many other storage units don't offer that. Highly recommended, five stars from us! Especially to Susannah!!!”

“I had to move from Cornwall short notice before I could find alternative accommodation and Loc-Box was the perfect solution. It was a big enough storage space for me to get all my furniture and belongings in, which meant I did not have to rely on family and friends with spare garages. I didn’t get to Loc-Box’s location until 19:00 but to have the convenience of a key safe to collect the key for my allocated container meant that we unloaded quickly without going through a meet and greet and paperwork process. It’s easily accessible anytime of day or night and security is of a very high standard. All in all it’s a clean, safe and secure organisation that gives you peace of mind. Would highly recommended”

“From start to finish the service was excellent, even when we needed to aquire a 2nd storage unit on very short notice, polite, helpful and friendly, such a pleasure to work with. The staff are top notch! The only criticisms we had, was that the website says a storage unit will be enough for a 3 to 4 bedroom house, it definitely is only enough storage for a 2 to 3 bedroom house. Also the units are very close to each other, which leaves hardly any room for turning for the vehicles.”
