“Suddenly hiked price up even though we have been loyal customers for over a year”

Dear Mr Lauderdale We are sorry that you felt that your loyal custom had not been considered when we increased our prices. It is our mission to provide the best service to all our clients and hopefully our review history is evidence of this, but sometimes in order to do so, we do need to increase our prices to cover our increase in costs. We still believe that we offer excellent value for money when comparing like for like storage in terms of 150sq ft of secure space at ground level that you can drive straight up 24/7.
