I used Loc-Box self-storage for over 6 months after a house move and whilst waiting for my new house. I had a couple of issues locking the storage box, but on both occasions, I contacted the out of hours phone number and they supported me with this, and they even came out the following day to check that the lock was not faulty. Collection and return of the key was very simple. I returned the key and was refunded the outstanding money (I paid for a whole month but gave the key back early). I would definitely recommend to others and if I ever needed storage again I would not hesitate using Loc-Box again. Thank you
