We used Loc-Box Storage in Whittlesey for 10 months. Their customer service team were brilliant. Everything was explained very clearly and confirmed in an email. The team were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. Nothing was too much trouble. It was very easy to access the unit and the price was very competitive. The unit was very clean and water tight. We felt everything was safe and very secure. Our refund was quick and we received a nice email thanking us for our custom. Highly recommend and if needed would use them again without hesitation.
