Fantastic, easy to use service. Helpful customer service made it easy for me using a storage facility for the first time. I felt safe accessing my loc box at any point throughout the day and night when needed and comfortable when there alone. Very good price for what you have access to and I was refunded the remainder of my month paid within a day. I would definitely use loc box storage again.
