This is the first such review I have ever made as normally I am not motivated to do so, however, on this occasion it is the right thing to do. From the initial enquiry the process was friendly and seamless. Due to a house move it wasn’t long before I needed another unit (my underestimation). I called and again, the process was easy and friendly. The call handler was able to get me another unit only a few down from my first. Once I had finished with both units, I made the email to inform loc box. The email was acknowledged immediately and within a very short time I was refunded the difference. I did not have to chase this money once, very refreshing indeed. My only criticism...I had two units, one was perfect. The second, I think was slightly twisted on its site as to open the doors was extremely difficult. As the padlock is a bit fiddly, once it was wet, I found it very difficult indeed to unlock and lock again. The same when using the handles to pull the doors, as they were wet and the force needed, my hands would slip off. This would not however stop me from using loc box again.
