The entire process of self storage with Loc-Box was seamlessly painless. Everything very well explained and executed, both checking in & checking out. The ONLY negative point is lack of access at times due to other units being filled or emptied, which cannot be avoided due to the confined layout of some units (tight access). This lost us valuable 'working' time on site.
