I like my original pair of locals but the pairs I ordered on line came in a larger size. I measured and made sure to order the correct number of inches. Also it’s impossible to exchange for a different size due to stock and shipping. I’ve already paid shipping once to receive the items. There is also no phone number to call and the online messaging takes forever. No one responded or emailed me. Disappointed.
