After a month of no status updates I sent locals a message to get status of order and request a refund if they weren’t able to ship. I received no reply but PayPal notified me of a $6.45 refund. I’m not sure what to say. This was the worst customer experience you could offer. Just trying to steal my money and then ask for a review?”

“I love the look. However I found the band to be too tight. I wear an 11 1/2 so I got the 11/12 size and first wear I got a blister on the inside of the top of my foot. I realize plastic strap shoes are prone to this sometimes but I have never had it occur so quickly. Again I like the look of the shoe, just dont think I could spend any large amount of time in them.”

I did not own any (what I called) flip-flops, so I went to a local store and got 2 pair. (I still have 1 of the 2 original pairs!) I needed another air and just for the heck of it, I googled "Locals" and founf the website. Ended up getting 3 pair! Love them. Use them for the gym/shower room and at home as slipahs!”

“This is my third or forth pair of Locals, the same ones! Blue with the red stripe in the middle. Obviously they get me where I want to go in Aloha style. I’ve been buying Locals for years, probably 20 years. I found them in Walmart one day and they were perfect fit and the price was amazingly good deal so I bought 3 pairs.
