It would be cool if you could do exchanges without having to pay shipping since you can't try on in advance and the sizes are a little different than what it says on the website.”

“Replacing a pair I've worn since 2010 – this pair has been tough! But the soles are wearing thin and while I couldn't find in a neighborhood Long's Drugs, I was glad to find the web store. Had to guess at the size and bought a pair that is too large. Except for trying them one once, and with the tags and stickers still affixed, Locals USA wouldn't take them back for an exchange, so I had to buy another pair.
